What made you want to pursue a career in engineering?
I knew engineering would be an interesting and varied career where you can make an impact working on different projects around the world.
How did you journey in engineering begin?
I completed a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, and then my engineering journey began at Projex Solutions.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned over the years?
Never be afraid to ask questions even if you think it might be stupid; it can save you a lot of time and help you get things done.
What is your favourite thing about your job?
It’s great that I get to travel to different sites working on a range of different projects, building on the knowledge I gained from university.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue a career in engineering?
Go for it, there’s a huge variety of things to get involved in and I hope it will be a very rewarding career path for me where I can learn and experience a lot.
