Projex Solutions are working in parallel with some of the largest food manufacturer’s multidiscipline teams to aid the development of Front End Engineering Design (FEED) cost proposals allowing the development of budgets associated with variable types of projects.
This method has allowed the site teams (both engineering & manufacturing) to have buy in at the front end of the project, allowing the full traceability of the design.
This has ensured traceability of safety, costs, hygiene, energy efficiency / reductions & resulted in the reduced design and development costs in the long term.
The outcome being a flexible cost effective production stream from services validation, product delivery handling, front end manufacturing and processing to packaging and storage.
These projects have subsequently been delivered in various stages supporting the site teams in Project Management, Installation Supervision and commissioning ensuring minimum of downtime and production impact.
