We engaged with the British Assessment Bureau yet again this year as our accreditation body, following the assessment process, we are delighted to announce we have been successful in gaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Projex Solutions started their journey towards meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in July 2015 and initially achieving certification in February 2016. Our aim was to document, control and measure the business processes we use to help us to better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and to continually improve the way Projex Solutions operates.
Achieving ISO 9001 accreditation at Projex Solutions allows us to improve and develop the services we offer and enhance the customer experience. We strive to deliver the right service on time, the first time and every time. Our quality management system monitors, and control processes help us achieve this.
